Can I do a fundraiser to help pay for my ferrets vet bills? ?

My ferret snowball has Chordoma and mast cell tumor while my ferret is skinny and needs to see a vet. I need some money to help with vet bills and is there any way that I can do a fundraiser to pay for them?
