Does anyone know where I can get an OLD Bert the farting hippo from NCIS?

I got a Bert the farting hippo (from NCIS) stuffed toy in summer 2010. It was recently destroyed in a house fire, and I ordered another one. However, it seems that the product has been changed since then... the battery pack is a different color and from a different manufacturer than my previous hippo, his head has a different shape, especially the eyes and snout (it looks kind of gross), and the fabric inside the puppet feels different, it's of a much lower quality than before. Is there any way to obtain one of the older hippos? I know this question is rather ridiculous, but I would really, really, really like to have the exact same model of hippo I had before. There was a lot of sentimental value behind it, and I get upset every time I see the differences with the new one. I lost many things in this fire that were very important to me; The house itself, which had been in my family for over 150 years, irreplaceable paintings, photos, family heirlooms, antiques, and more. Bert was the only thing lost that was important to me that I had hopes of replacing, but now those are gone as well. I contacted customer services from the CBS website where the hippo is sold, but it's been a week without a response and I doubt I'll ever get one. Does anyone know ANYWHERE I could get one of the old hippos? I've checked eBay and Amazon, to no avail. I understand that obtaining the same model of hippo is highly improbable, but I figured that I could at least try.
