Is this a good deal for a snowball stand?

I've been working at a snowball stand for two years now, and my boss is talking to me about selling it. the price is going to be around $4,000 for the stand, ice box, snowball machine, two refrigerators, a microwave, and all the flavors. The stand is stationary, and she rents the area. The back wall would have to be rebuilt, because it is not in good condition. Is this a good price?
