Why Capitalism Fails Or Under The Threat Of Failure always?

I Accept the fact that Its better than communism in all respect.Also No other economic model has emerged yet to replace it.BUT Why its always under the threat of failure.Remember the global economic melt down and The current Greece debt issue.So Why it cant prevent such issue?
