Is this normal it happens all the time my friends said yes?

Ok iam pregnant and everytime I eat my stomach gets rock hard?and even if I eat a few candys or chips and drink something it gets rock hard why is this.....but few days ago we were low on food and like omg I was going nut and my stomach wasn't as hard as soon as I ate I went crazy stomach became ROCK hard?why is that omg another thing I crave snowballs and pig lips a lot is that normal and I want gummie bears and sherbert* plz help and I feel thumping a lot when I eat or drink sweets thumping is when the baby moving right it feels nasty lol and sometimes to make sure the baby ok I sqeeze my boob to see if the clear liquid come out its does sometimes and it be alittle not that much but it comes a few times every month my friends said stomach before the baby have no milk lol but I be curious I feel better when I see it ;0)
